Advocacy
The Network focusses its advocacy on our vision of healthy rural communities. We are committed to listening, questioning, analysing and responding to the issues that impact on the health and wellbeing of rural general practice, rural hospitals and most importantly, rural communities.
Our reputation as a credible, solution focused voice of rural health networks provides a strong platform for our discussions with Government and the highest levels of the Ministries of Health; Immigration; Business Innovation and Employment.
We encourage you to read about our advocacy on issues that are important to the health of rural New Zealanders and invite you to check in here to have your say on work we are doing, or tell us about issues of concern to you.
